Our hearts are heavy with sadness and grief at the loss of so many innocent little children and 6 brave adults.  There are no words to express the depth of our grief and confusion as to why this happens.  Now more than ever this world needs you to go deep within and find the love that is your healing gift to the world.  Healing and love start from within.

Disappointment is something we have all experienced in our life and for many it is a part of life.  You may not even realize that you have an expectation to be disappointed and especially by certain people.  For example, one of my clients had suffered a disappointment by her father when she was 6 years old.  Not only did this woman develop a belief at 6 years old that her father would disappoint her, it spilled over into men in general.  At 42 years old, she was still experiencing disappointment over and over again from the men in her life.  In some way

You know those people who piss you off the most? They just drive you crazy! It might be your mother, best friend, significant other, clerk at the grocery store, or someone you just met. You know what I am talking about. You have such judgment against them. They push your buttons, trigger you to react in unattractive ways, infuriate you!

Well, here’s some good news for you! Those people, those experiences, those judgments you have can actually teach you some important lessons about yourself and free you in ways you probably cannot even imagine. Really!

Long before GRATITUDE was a concept that everyone taught, I somehow knew that when I was thankful for things it felt really good.  There was so much in my life growing up that did not feel so good, that when something did, I was so happy for the experience.

What I did not realize that by being in that space of thankfulness, and feeling the energy of gratitude I was creating a landscape by which I could experience more of what I was appreciating.

What if shifting a paradigm about how ‘it’s been’ with someone in a relationship to a possibility of a more conscious and fun way to communicate could have a whole new AND positive outcome?

What if putting more playful interactions could result in more intimacy?

And what would it be like to create characters that could spark, enliven, and bring more curiosity and possibility to your relationships as a result?

We become creature of habits easily.  Most of the time we are not even aware we are living in our habits.  Some are obvious like brushing our teeth when we wake up.  Many are not.  Are you aware that the way you relate to others is often more from habit than a conscious choice?

We are so fortunate that we are intelligent beings!  Just as we have learned to create habits, we can learn to create new habits that can serve us in more beneficial ways.

The bond between mother and daughter runs deep and so much of who we are is shaped by our experiences and perceptions of our mothers and our relationships with them.
