Coming out of the FOG!

A friend of mine says being in the FOG is coming from Fear, Obligation and Guilt.  Ahhhh...been there, done that! 

What can we do to clear it away?  How can we dissipate it?

Fear - step through False Evidence Appearing Real, turn it into Feeling Excited and Ready (from Neale Donald Walsch), and do it anyway. Fear is generally made up anyway.  Some ficticious belief we have made real.  Take it back.  Take control.  Now is the time.  You are the one.

Obligation -- Big one!  Especially for women.  Doing things out of obligation!  Doing things because we said we would.  Here's the thing about agreements -- trust that if it's not working out for you, it's not working out for the other people involved.  Re-do the agreement to have it work for all involved.  This is the power of choice and of creating other opportunities to be truthful.  Always deliver communications from the heart and using 'what's perfect for me is...' phrasing and choose for YOU.  A big NO to others is a YES to You!  And stop doing things out of obligation.  Keeps us small.

Guilt -- oi vay!  This has been passed down from generation to generation.  Time for a re-program and a re-focus on this one.  Feeling guilty?  Are you sure it's you?  Could it have been a gift from the ancestary?  Seems to have been used as a control device by the church and passed along.  If you feel that icky, guilty feeling come over you the next time you are asked to a family function -- STOP in the name of LOVE!  Love for yourself and check in with your brilliant self to choose what's perfect for you, to ensure you are in control of your life, and to let go of tolerating anything that does not serve you.

So there you have it!  Navigating through the FOG - stay in the moment (Rule of Improv #2), be a 'YES...and' (Rule of Improv #1) for creating different possibilities, agreements, outcomes, and remember -- It's all Improv! 

We are truly making it up as we go along, so we might as well be having fun, and let our Light be a beacon to others!  Shine On!
