Moments of Creation

One of the most common things I hear from my clients is that they don't know how to change their beliefs about things even though they want to.

When thinking about it as a major shift, it seems a daunting task. But let's examine what a belief is. A belief is really only a thought that you've been thinking in your mind over and over until it seems true for you.

For example, a long time ago you heard your parents say that it's hard to make a living and get ahead in life. You were a child and easily influenced by what you heard, saw and were told by those around you. So this new thought about money and life was introduced to you and you accepted it as true. Since the law of attraction brings like thoughts together, you probably heard your parents say it again and again. Maybe then you heard others talk of similar struggles with money. You began to see evidence of it and noticed struggle in your environment. The law of attraction continued to bring you further "evidence" of the original thought.  One day you realized you have this "belief" that life is a struggle around money and being prosperous. And you notice your life has mirrored that belief!

How do you change the belief and circumstances of your life? Realize that the belief originated from a thought and make a decision to change the thought! Over and over and over again until a new belief is formed! That takes time, however every moment is a new moment of creation and a new moment to CHOOSE what thought you are thinking.

Look around for different evidence. Is anyone creating an abundant life with ease? Hmmm, maybe it's possible then. Think about that. Think about it again. And again. You will now attract other thoughts and evidence about an easy abundant life. Continue to focus on the new thoughts and one day you will wake up realizing you now believe that  abundance and prosperity come with ease!
