Feel Loved and More Connected Emotionally to Strength Your Relationships

Each person has primary NEEDS and when they are met they feel LOVED and MORE connected emotionally.  The converse is also true.  When these basic needs are not met, we can feel unloved.  Although there are 6 basic needs, each of us has a tendency towards 2 or 3, so this can be tricky when people come together in relationship with differing levels of comfort toward these basic needs.

Becoming aware of them is the first step, then you can gain an understanding of yourself and the choices you have made.  You can then begin to communicate more openly and honestly with your partner so that you are each giving and receiving in ways that will connect you even more deeply.

I’ve invited Warren Broad, a Professional Counselor to discuss these SIX basic human needs and how that helps you to strengthen your relationships on Planting Seeds of Love Radio.
