Seeds of Love

The crown chakra symbolizes purity and spirituality. Its function is to open you to the light of spirit, which is connected to Source.  It is your highest energy center, physically located at the top of your head and has the highest rate of vibration. The crown chakra embodies liberation, sharing great knowledge, deep understanding, inner wisdom, and a connection to the highest state of enlightenment and spiritual connection.  It also represents union with the higher self and the divine.

Our lower chakras hold the key to our fear, insecurity, unexpressed emotions and lack of personal power tied to our physical reality as you have learned so far in this series. They are also where programming from our childhood is stored.  Often we are unaware of the memories, issues, and perceptions that are unconsciously locked away in our chakras and their corresponding body parts.  There is so much information to aid you in making choices from clarity and freedom from conditioning when you tap into the wisdom of your body.

Our bodies communicate with us daily. The challenge is learning to listen. Aches and pains are actually alerting us to something. Often it can be an unexpressed emotion, or something feeling or memory is being triggered by a current situation. I have been exploring the abundance of information we can gleam from our chakras, in this series – centers that filter your energy and hold meaning for your life issues.

In the past two posts we’ve looked at issues of safety, survival, boundaries, emotions, relationships and pleasure as they relate to your first and second chakras or energy centers.  We can gleam so much information about our lives and ourselves by understanding the issues that are represented by our chakras.

So far in this series, you’ve learned about your lower three chakras – the root, sacral, and solar chakras and what information they hold for you.  Today we will explore the heart chakra, the bridge between the lower three chakras (physical) and higher three chakras (spiritual.)

Jealousy can erode a relationship. At the root of jealousy is insecurity, low self-worth, lack of trust, and fear of abandonment. The irony is that because this is where your energy stems, you actually attract what you do not want. Trust is a very important element to a successful and healthy relationship. When trust is not there is eats away at the foundation of love and actually creates barriers to intimacy rather than invitation. It is not healthy for you or your relationships to hold onto jealous thoughts and suspicions.
