Inner Peace Meditation

Welcome to Peaceful Day and your meditation moment.

Give yourself a gift of few moments -- just for you -- and to connect to your own inner peace.

Sit down.

Get comfortable.

Close your eyes.

Plant your feet firmly on the ground.

We'll start with three deep breaths:

Breathe in peace; breathe out tension.

Breathe in joy; breathe out worries.

Breathe in Love; breathe out anxieties.

And now imagine the most exquisite tree of light, a tree of light that exudes complete serenity -- and beauty.

Step into a moment of awe.

This tree of Light is rooted deep into the heart of Mother Earth; A tree of Light with its branches reaching up into the cosmos. Connect with this tree of light and just observe the beauty, the peace, the stillness, the serenity.

Allow your own inner peace to arise -- to bubble up -- from deep within you. Breathe in and feel the serenity enter every cell, molecule, and atom of your body and your energy body.

Breathe in to this space of Divine Love, Divine Essence. Tap into your own inner peace as you gently observe this beautiful tree of light, knowing that all is at peace. All is well.

Breathe in to this light... Knowing that you, too, partake of this light of Divine Essence and Divine Peace.

Know that in this moment, you are where you belong.

Know that this essence of Divine Love and Divine Light is who YOU really are.

Breathe deeply into this, and know that you are embraced in the Light of Divine Love. All is healed. All is well. All is at peace in this moment.

Breathe --- breathing in the serenity. AND remember that you can return to this place at any time.

So with one more deep inhale and deep exhale, bring yourself back to your body. Wiggle your fingers and toes, and know that you can return here at any time.

And when you open your eyes, notice what is different ...
