One of the most common things I hear from my clients is that they don't know how to change their beliefs about things even though they want to.

When thinking about it as a major shift, it seems a daunting task. But let's examine what a belief is. A belief is really only a thought that you've been thinking in your mind over and over until it seems true for you.

For example, a long time ago you heard your parents say that it's hard to make a living and get ahead in life. You were a child and easily influenced by what you heard, saw and were told by those around you. So this new thought about money and life was introduced to you and you accepted it as true. Since the law of attraction brings like thoughts together, you probably heard your parents say it again and again....

Today, as I was eating a roast beef spinach wrap, I was suddenly seized with such appreciation for what I was eating.  I savored each bite, noticing the tastes that were consuming my mouth.  For some reason, the roast beef seemed even tastier than I remembered.  Granted, I was very hungry, yet I don't think that was it.  I have been actively setting an intention to be present and focused in all that I do.  My body has been releasing long held memories that no longer serve me, and as I surrender and let go at my deepest unconscious level, it is making room for me to be show up more consciously, and I am noticing that I enjoy each moment as if it is a new experience - with wonder, joy, and appreciation.  I see beauty in ways I have not noticed before.
