Sometimes I need reminded of the transformational power of a feather BOA.  I have been amazed at this for years -- what happens when a feather BOA is placed around a woman's shoulders.  I now use it a lot in my workshops, talks, and coaching engagements.

BOA for me stands for BOLD, Outrageous and Authentic.  When I step more into that place, magic can happen.  I make phone calls more easily, I get clearer in my communication, I am more playful, I feel like moving around and dancing.  I HIGHLY recommend that every woman get one!  For you guys, a cool hat can do the same thing.

How we choose to fill those spaces determines who we are, what our priorities are, and expresses our commitment to what we want in our future.

There is a difference between wanting to be in love and ready to be in love. Wanting to be in love implies a longing without taking responsibility for what being in love really entails for you and your life. It’s a desire or a wish for someone else to come in and make your...
