In mediation class last night, we ended with looking at creative rings in our energy fields for next steps and the integration of the creative rings which represent our body, mind, and spirit - Thank you Seven Levels Coaching.

When we’re thinking about marketing ourselves, we often think about practical matters, like how to reach our target audience and inspire them to buy something from us.  After all, marketing is about promotions, right?

Well, yes and no.  Marketing in the traditional sense used to be about targeting a specific sector of the population and urging them to buy (sometimes brainwashing or scaring them in the process.)

Listening Into Your Personal Vision: Questing in Words

The first step:  Listen into your own present moment. (As Ram Dass famously said, “Be Here Now.”) Write down what you hear from outside -- and especially from inside.

Every moment you are present, cultivating your mindful, heart-full Presence, is the moment of creation. When you are in the moment of creation, you are immersed in your own Wisdom-Vision Quest. Listen, and know that the answers are all right there if you are willing to play within this broader expanse of your awareness.

In this world of long to do lists, busy days, and loads of responsibility, it is so easy to miss the little doses of love that show up in your life.  I received several emails yesterday from people who want to share their life with someone special, yet they are so busy they barely have time for themselves.
