Timer:

• Select the amount of time you would like to be on the site, 5, 10, 15 or 20 minutes by clicking on the desired number.
• A chime will ring to start the session.
• You can hide the timer by clicking on “hide timer”.
• The timer will reappear when your time is up and three chimes will ring.

You can pause the timer by clicking on the “pause/play” button in the center of the timer
